Court orders limit movements of sex offender Joyce

A Dawson Creek provincial court issued a one year restraining order against Robert James Joyce barring him from parks pools day cares and school grounds. He may not be in the company of anyone under 14 without an adult present. Joyce, previously convicted of sexual offenses and recently released from a three year term, entered the order voluntarily.

District council reverses Chinaman Lake name change
