World Hunger Week Declared By Mayor Lasser
On December 10 Mayor Lasser announced December 15 to 21 as World Hunger Week. CSS students Carla Teslyk Brenda Bettin and Graciette Martens lead efforts inviting public participation and donations to aid World Vision Famine Program. A World Hunger Meal December 17 at the High School from 12 to 1 will include a showing of World Vision's The Hungry People and a canned goods drive for local hampers.
