CLAC denies questions on job application violate codes
CLAC Local 68 rejects claims that an employment form read to Westcoast expansion applicants breaks the Labour and Criminal Code. Brent Rogers of Carpenters Union Local 1237 says the questions risk screening, while Kooger defends the questions as lawful and intended to help applicants.
