Two Chetwynd residents charged with attempted murder
Two Chetwynd residents are to appear in Dawson Creek Provincial Court on April 28 for attempted murder and forcible confinement. A female victim was nearly strangled and confined in a local apartment, treated and released with non life threatening injuries. Police note the incident was drug related and a second assault with confinement occurred the next evening.
