Judge D M Levis presided with bench warrants issued for Elmer Desjarlais and Mitchell Cylwa. Several defendants pled guilty or were fined under the Motor Vehicle Act and related charges including narcotics possession, fraud, breaking and entering, and driving offenses. Multiple probation terms and restitution payments were set, with fines ranging from 15 to 1250 dollars and jail terms from days to months.
