The 1988 Chetwynd Area E Grants-In-Aid General Meeting is set for 7 00 pm Tuesday April 26 1988 at the Chetwynd Recreation Centre new hall. Two voting representatives per organization may vote on proposals while others may attend in support. Lazzarin proposes 1350 00 for a concept plan with council funding half and School District funding the other half.
District of Chetwynd council heard an unqualified 1987 audit with praise for Treasurer Mike Redfearn, noted reduced fees thanks to faster records, and discussed amending the 15 year age limit on moving buildings.
