Henry Buster Van De Riet died unexpectedly on March 24 1992 from a heart attack. He is survived by family including daughter Violet and son-in-law Tom with services led by Robert McLean and Gordon Nikirk. Funeral arrangements by Oliver Funeral Chapel Grande Prairie.
Fern and Families express sincere thanks to all who sent food, flowers and donations to the Chetwynd Playground Committee in memory of Buster Van De Riet. Special thanks to the Elks for the hall, Ladies of the Royal Purple for the lunch, and Lone Prairie ladies. Grateful for Robert McLean for the service and Gordon Nikirk for the eulogy, Becky Van De Riet, Wendy Hudson and Ewart Craigen for the songs.
