Provincial Legislature Debates Public Accounts and City Bill
The 1908 session discusses end of year accounts and February outlook. Mr Richards becomes Public Accounts Committee chair with Dr Warburton as member. A bill to empower Charlottetown to spend 25000 on streets and debentures extends up to 25 years at up to 4.5 percent. The House adjourns with a further committee review of a bill on Legislature procedures.
