Unpublished Burns Poem Found in Mrs Moffatt Family
An unpublished Robert Burns fragment surfaced with a note describing its origin. Mrs. John Moffatt of St Andrew’s owns a long-preserved copy, copied by her ancestor Edward Sanderson about a century ago, and titled as a verse composed for a nobleman during a servants hall gathering at Bass Rock.
