Libby LeBlanc of Burroughs Adding Machine Co Ltd leaves for Halifax to visit his mother. LeBlanc enjoyed P. B. Island and plans a summer stay in Charlottetown before returning.

In memory of Jessie Stewart daughter of the late Edward Stewart who died at thirty three after a delicate constitution. She faced life with optimism and faith in divine love. Her funeral was held at home with Rev W R MacWalker. She leaves a mother two sisters and a brother and the community extends sympathy.
Mrs John Bruce of Victoria Cross mourns Christy Bruce widow of John Bruce who died May 17 1920 at nearly one hundred years. Born in Isle of Skye she emigrated in 1842 aboard the Washington with her parents and husband as pioneer residents. A devoted Valleyfield church member she walked five miles to services until four years of illness confined her at home.
The deceased, devoted to the church, passed after years of infirmity with Mrs. Bruce caring for her. Rev Rodk McLean and Rev A S Stewart conducted the funeral at Valleyfield Cemetery, with tribute to a true Christian who finished life’s race. The procession included relatives and friends.
In Kingaboro on May 29 Arthur Robertson died after a day of farm duties and sudden illness. He grew weak by evening and, despite medical care, passed away on Saturday afternoon. His prominent role in the town is evident from the rapid spread of news after his condition became serious.
A large crowd gathers for the funeral of Dr DeVants aged fifty two. Family members including sisters Mrs Joseph Ching and Mrs Elizabeth Stewart attend, with a Christian ceremony led by Rev We RR Mae Walker and psalms sung by combined church choirs.
