Abram's Village drills thrill on sunny Saturday parade
In Abram's Village about fifteen volunteers marched through drills with Mr. Joachim Galant in command. The display drew a healthy crowd as locals praised the orderly parade and noted the community spirit amid ongoing war news and a mare loss in the town. Evelyn Arsenault received a letter from her cousin Joseph Arsenault at the front describing enemy activity near Ypres and hopeful resolve despite danger.
