Valued hound cured of mange with Minard's Lini Ment

The letter from Wilfrid Gangne, proprietor of the Grand Central Hotel in Drummond, dated August 3 1904, reports a valuable hunting dog cured of mange after several veterinarians failed to help. He attributes the cure to Minard's Lini Ment and signs as owner.

Burkes’ Son Wounded in France Reassuring Letter

Mrs. Catherine Burke receives word from Sgt Pidgen that her son C B Burke of the 26th Battalion, drafted in May 1917, was wounded by shrapnel and is recovering well at No 4 Canadian General Hospital in Basingstoke England. He is expected to return to Canada in about three months.

Compliment to P E 1 Officer at Ontario camp review

Last Thursday the Lieut Governor of Ontario reviewed all batteries at Petawawa including the 65th Battery from Woodstock. In the afternoon a high tribute was paid to the Gbth Battery commanded by Captain W A McKeg.
