Mr William Cronan of Tower Road Halifax died April 12 at age 70. He was tied to the Cronan family of Orwell and West Indies trade, husband of the late Miss Cragg of Halifax, survived by sister Mrs John Murphy and brother Daniel G Cronan, and Miss Frances Clarke who lived with him since childhood.
