Columbia Stage Co Sued for 5000 Damages by Passenger

C J Pfrang sues Columbia Stage Co for 5000 alleging injuries from a stage accident between Rossburg and Grand Forks on September 9. A box passenger struck by a flying stick suffered head and leg injuries, deafness in the left ear, a damaged eye, and other harm. He claims 125 for medical care and 100 for lost time plus damages.
