Police recapture Eugene Stubbs linked to the Columbia hotel arson on July 17. Constables chased him from Kholt to Grand Forks and back, with a false arrest report earlier. Also with Stubbs, Riley of Greenwood jailed four months for burglary. Court sessions move to Kamloops next Tuesday.
