Construction Progress Toward Idaho Rail Link Near Cascade
Construction notes report crews heading toward Brooklyn on the Kuskonovk to Bonners Ferry stretch. A 350 keg blast cleared part of Olson's tunnel with a coyote hole used for powder placement. Two miles of tunnel remains with most steel ready. Paymaster crews move along line and ore finds on Baker creek claim six miles from town.
