John William Blackburn was fined £2 with costs £1 1s and 8d court costs for allowing 300 sheep to trespass on a reserve near Peak Hill road. The reserve had seen repeated trespasses. owner claimed he did not know his stock entered the reserve. Impounding records showed prior incidents. defence cited open gate on a two year old road through his property.
