Regina Board of Trade asks for three year seed loan repayment

By an 18 to 9 vote the Regina Board of Trade endorsed a resolution by H. G. Smith asking the Dominion Government to spread over three or four years the repayment of seed grain loans or relief funds extended to farmers in drought affected areas. The board will wire the Interior Minister and send copies to Western boards of trade.
