The Canberra cases name Lionel Mooney as first defendant in both suits with Brian John Grantham or Barry John Moore and Kay Patricia Moore as second defendants. South Coast Timber Industries seeks a ruling that a June 19 1963 contract is valid, with Mooney allegedly authorising payments for two Watson land blocks to Davies Bailey and Cater.
