Khrushchev told the Soviet Communist Party Congress that Russia favors peaceful co existence of states with different social systems. He warned the West that war would be its last act and the end of capitalism if war occurred, while asserting realism would win by peaceful means.
Soviet leader Nikita Krushchev warned against imperialist threats and urged unity against counter revolution at the Communist Party congress. He described peaceful coexistence and stressed socialism would prevail without war, while noting the era could witness a hydrogen bomb test as a demonstration of power.
