Canberra youths save seven in two days. man dies

Four Canberra youths rescued three people from a rip on Sunday and four more yesterday morning. Owen Archibald Wright died from drowning after being helped ashore unconscious. The rescuers were George Dawes Ian Hill Peter Welch and Geoffrey Goodwin all Griffith residents. Police praised the boys for their decisive action in dangerous conditions.

Seven Hurt In Times Square Bomb Blast In New York
