Michael Jurck, 38, of Ardiethan Street Fisher, suffered four finger injuries after his right hand was caught in a saw at a local mill around 3 pm. Microsurgical attempts to reattach the digits began at 6 pm and continued past 9:30 pm as staff worked to save the hand.
