Man fined 300 on drug charges in Canberra
A Canberra man pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing heroin and one each of using and disposing of it. Raymond Davis Staples, 20, Creswell Steel Camp, appeared before Mr Dobson. He was fined 1100 for possession and 1100 for dispensing. He was sentenced to six months in prison but released on a two year good-behavior bond with supervision and treatment conditions. Six motorists were fined for driving offences with licences suspended. A fraud case against Nicholls proceeding with preliminaries.
