Adultery and Desertion Case From Queanbeyan Divorce
The petitioner alleged adultery by the respondent and co respondent between January 1 1983 and January 19 1986 at Commercial Hotel Queanbeyan and at Randwick Sydney. The court found the respondent did not desert but the petitioner had good cause to leave. The respondent argued separation barred adultery, which the court rejected. The parties married at Bal main in 1982 in the Church of England rites. A final decree was granted returnable in three months.
