Restricted lease auction at Albert Hall yesterday drew eager bidders despite few blocks. In Page Aranda and Cook, averages and premiums varied with Page blocks selling around 9500 to 1947, and Aranda peaking at 4200 for one block. Overall 33 leases in Aranda 2 in Page and 3 in Cook sold with the day’s top price 4200. A further 140 blocks in Torrens Minns on Macquarie Aranda Campbell and Lyons will be offered at unrestricted auction today and tomorrow.
