1050 More Civil Servants for Canberra Move

A Parliamentary Select Committee recommended a ministerial form of government for Papua New Guinea next year. About 1,050 public servants from three central offices and one authority will be transferred to Canberra over four years, including 250 officers to be moved in 1967 and 1968.
