Man admits drinking after Canberra crash while tyre may explain impact
Soranson acknowledged drinking and claimed nine or ten middies. He disputed involvement in the collision opposite Edlington's Dairy, saying news of the accident was unfamiliar. A blown tyre next morning could explain the crash, said his solicitor. Other offences included fines for failing to give way and speeding, plus several discharges under Section 56a for various driving faults.
