Western Australia to supply fodder under ration scheme

The Minister for Agriculture in Sydney stated that fodder from Western Australia would be given to essential users under the ration scheme. He commented on a Victorian complaint that 2000 tons from Fremantle, part of 14000 tons purchased by Victoria, had been seized by the Commerce Department under National Security and sent to New South Wales. The first shipment from Western Australia would arrive in Byrney around the middle of next month. The fodder position in the state would not improve until October.
