Mr Arthur Percival a former Commonwealth Sch pol General and Chief juberty Officer with the Ministry of the Interior in Canberra died in Community Hospital yesterday. He would have been 85 on February 10 and had been in hospital for 11 months. Funeral service will be at Paul's Church Griffith at 11 30 tomorrow with cremation at Northern Suburbs Crematorium Sydney at 10 30 am Thursday.
