A report states a three centimeter, “watety one” position was established at ground Kacaong as truce talks moved Pan Soha. A similar neutral area was created around Muna, the UN headquarters for truce delegates.
Britain delivered a note to the Persian government asserting reserved rights under international law and the treaty to maintain consulates in Persia. The note accuses Persia of breaching the treaty by not allowing British consulates where other powers have them and denies interference in Persian affairs. It says Britain will review specific complaints, suspending consulate withdrawal orders pending response.
The Export Sugar committee states no export sugar rebate will be payable on the sugar contest of fruit products or other goods exported to any destination during this month.
