Singapore police and zoo officials hunt Congo the missing hippopotamus after a breakout at the island’s zoo. Officials say Congo remained at large as search efforts continue across the city, with authorities assuring the public the animal is harnessed and contained.
A spokesman for Prime Minister Whitlam said he was not aware of complaints about lack of federal or military aid to flood victims.
