Rents on older houses to rise soon in Canberra
Rents on older Canberra houses are set to rise almost immediately though not as much as the Department of the Capital Territory or the ACT Advisory Council recommended. Minister for the Capital Territory Mr Bryant said increases would be interim pending a full review of housing policy. Some newer homes could see marginal rises. most impact applies to houses over four or five years old.
