Wings Dipped In Farewell For Viscount Dunrossil
Jet planes of the Royal Australian Navy performed a low salute over St. Andrew's Church in tribute to the late Viscount Dunrossil, Governor-General of Australia. Twenty three jets from Nowra and Melbourne carried out the fly past as the coffin was moved from the church to the burial ground. Lady Dunrossil, veiled in mourning, arrived with household staff and was greeted by the Primate of Australia and Archbishop of Sydney, The Most Reverend Hi. R. Gongh.
