Soekarno Opens North Pacific Countdown for Indonesian Flag

Soekarno told Megelang Military Academy graduates that in 11 days the Indonesian flag would fly beside the United Nations flag as U N interim administration prepares to hand over Dutch New Guinea. He warned saboteurs seek to destroy the republic and that Indonesia remains encircled.
