Significant Fall in Land Lease Prices in Suburbs

Prices for unrestricted land leases fell sharply yesterday in Chapman and Flynn, while Melba premiums rose. Average prices for Chapman and 29 leases in Ha were down from last month. Melba averaged 6,630, up 967. Highest bid reached 13,000 for a Chapman block. four large leases in Doyle Terrace fetched 9,500 plus.
