A related case saw Andrew Tziobas, 33, Rose Bay club proprietor, acquitted of misappropriating £4,500 from Maver last November.
London papers report three Frenchmen who drifted across the Atlantic on a raft have sold the rights to their logs for 7000 pounds and expect about 3000 more from a film deal. They received a hero’s welcome in London, with newspapers noting the public reception.
