Settlement for $5,000 damages in ACT Supreme Court

Ferdinand Fluit of Downer Downer claimed damages from Dutch General Winslow Clea service and others after an industrial accident. The matter was settled before Mr Justice Nimmo for $5,000 plus costs, with further conditions and three year probation. Driver Galoed Banned for Seven Years
