The Cairnes Town Council advertises a by law notice regarding cemetery regulations and upcoming council action. It notes for public consideration the election procedures and the governance of local burial ground matters.
Fragmentary text outlines law clauses on preservation and contract enforcement, followed by an extensive, messy listing of property for sale. Included are terms, land descriptions, improvements, and equipment such as stables, plows, and engines, with scattered figures and locations.
A local committee thanks honorary benefactors canvassing committees and donors for gifts for halls and functions. It notes over 900 pounds raised in the year though final totals and events are still pending and invites further support at a forthcoming gala at Ravenborough with details of tickets and arrangements.
Fragmented OCR shows a city auction notice for tree stock and brushes with various names and prices. It mentions Weigelt Cot Out Paper, 8 acres under plow, cash price £150, and terms over four years at a specified rate. The notice lists DRAPER LTD and Commonwealth Bank references and sets a sale date around the fourth of November at noon.
The document lists various real estate auctions and sales in the Atherton Tableland region, including freehold farms around 60 acres, cottages and dwellings for sale, auctioneers handling property sales, and tender notices for painting and building work. It mentions railway department and government notices, with several parcels of land described by size, improvements, and terms of sale.
The note references hotels and real estate firms in a historical urban area, mentioning KeVitt & Co as general agents and Ambott as another entity. Details are garbled but imply a property or lodging listing with multiple firms involved in an inquiry or advertisement.
