Varios works loan plans delay postpone council meeting
The special meeting scheduled for ast Wednesday was postponed because the plans and specifications for the Varios works under the 1,000 A.M.T. Loan were incomplete. At the ordinary monthly meeting on Thursday the Tully water supply will be discussed. In the past year Cardwell Railway Refreshment Rooms reported handling ten and a half tons of fish for passenger meals on the Northern and Southern main line trains.
