Howey has 30 years dairy farming experience and leads the Australian Dairy Parmnera Federation, Colac Co-operative Dairy Co, Victorian Dairy Produce Board, and serves as producers’ representative on the current Australian Dairy Produce Board and Dairy Produce Control Committee.
