Eacham Shire special meeting minutes 1926 reg and bylaw

The minutes record a special meeting at Malanda on March 15 1926 to adopt a regulation for borrowing £1250 from the State Treasurer for scrub clearing earthworks and construction and a 9 foot span bridge over Theresa Creek on the Millaa Millaa Road. Attending were Chairman R R McHugh and councillors with shire engineer and clerk. the motion carried. Also minutes note ordinary and monthly meetings continuing with by-laws process and committee setup for by-law handling and transfer of loan works to No 25 Division. overdraft limit discussions and auditor reports.
