Fragmented account of a social and civic event
A lengthy, partially garbled report details a social gathering or public meeting with mentions of a Diwan, a farewell at a ball, and a list of attendees including Mrs. and Mr. and references to various local figures and committees. The text also touches on an agricultural and trade discussion involving grade standards, weevils, and production notes, with several named individuals and organizations uncertain due to OCR damage.
