Speedy new butter factory at Wa fama
A meeting of all interested in the proposed butter factory at Wa fame held on Thursday. Mr W A Corr was elected chair with Mr J Dreote acting pro tem secretary. Apologies were numerous, but 70 shares were promised and more expected. A provisional committee was formed to draw up articles and manage subscriptions while avoiding involvement with the Atherton company.
