Belgian Kin Air Service Aims for Tropical Route to Congo
A reported plan details Belgian King Albert seizing aviation progress with a national air service linking Brussels to colonies. The route would traverse the Atlantic and tropical lands, using a two day flight time via upgraded engines and aircraft. Pilots Neenie and his own Mingtol Tourer are cited, aiming to establish a rapid air link between Teopoldville and Elieals'hville with potential passenger capacity up to 14. The project situates within a broader Belgian aviation program, tying to military and civil aims and highlighting demonstrative test flights in the Western theater.
