Magistrates Court case over contractors and sub contractors claim

In Ati Ton on February 21 Thomas Freeston claimed workers compensation after a quarry accident while supplying metal for road works. Testimony detailed tenders, contractor control, and disputed insurance coverage between Freeston Davis McKeown Prince and the State Insurance. The decision was reserved.

Married men win heat in Cardwell cricket match

In Cardwell on Sunday the married men edged the single players by 52 runs in a hot day cricket match.
