Cairns Aquatic Club Annual Report 1921 22
The Cairns Aquatic Club reports a successful season from September 24 to July 24 with 14 ladies, 2 gents, and 18 juniors on the roll, fleet of 15 boats, 45 races, and trophies valued at proceeds of a carnival that reduced shed debt. The season saw social events, prize giving, and notable donations, with finances in sound condition and gratitude to patron A J Draper and officials.
