Judge Lukin of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court in Sydney granted orders for 5 leading timber merchants to resume work under the full court terms of a 48 hour week. 38 members of the Timber Workers Union were cited, one has since died. noncompliance within two days risks £100 fine or three months imprisonment.
