Extraordinary Boorowa by election for two councillors
The Shire of Boorowa announces an extraordinary election on Saturday June 18 1949 to fill two council seats in the Carrawa Riding caused by the death of Councillor C E Russell and the resignation of Councillor S B Brown. Nomination day is Friday May 28 1949 at the Council Chambers Boorowa. Nomination papers require signatures and must be delivered to the Returning Officer by 5 pm on Wednesday June 1 1949.
