Landholders in bother over bunnies court actions
At Young Court of Petty Sessions last week magistrate Mr W Finlay dealt with landholders charged over rabbit destruction. Francis K O'Connor was fined £10 for noncompliance while two others, Richard John Forater and Edley A Clements, had cases adjourned to May 10. The proceedings covered extensive rabbit control work on Howell's Creek land and related property, with witnesses detailing fence building and large numbers of rabbits culled.
