In the finals K Gorham defeated H Bush 6 3 6 4 to win the men's singles. Miss Wales toppled Miss Singleton 6 4 6 2 for the ladies’ singles. In doubles C Dick and B Palmer beat BR Daly and J Wales 6 3 4 6 8 6. The ladies Wales and Singleton pair prevailed over Mrs Dick and Mias D Banke 6 5 2 6 4 6.
The Boorowa Golf Club Associates will hold their monthly meeting at the Club House on Tuesday June 18 at 8 p m. Members are urged to attend as business is important.
